As I move into another week being with clients, I will hold onto the reminder to not stare into the darkness of the intentional chaos and cruelty being inflicted in our country, and to also bring mindful attention to the helpful visual “of the maai of us and the doom we see.” Also loved the opening with the contrast of focusing on the nausea and how it escalates the pain and fear compared to holding the nausea in a place of laughter, play and connection.
